If you would like Support to send a mailing out for you then please read the instructions below before completing the Mailing Request Form.
Your actual Letter (and any enclosures) should be sent as an Email attachment to mailings@mga-charity.org. Your letter should be complete in all respects. It must not be assumed that it will be proof-read or edited in any way. Errors and omissions are the responsibility of the person submitting this request together with the author of the letter.
If you have left a space in the top left of the letter suitable for the electronic printing of the recipient's address then this will be done and a windows envelope used for the mailing. This is the quickest, simplest and preferred method.
If you have not left a space on the letter for a windows address then addresses will be printed onto labels and the labels then appended manually to an envelope. This method is very time consuming and may well delay your mailing.
It will be assumed that text will be printed on both sides of the paper/letter unless stated otherwise on the Mailing Request Form.
Once the Mailing Request Form has been received and again when the mailing has been sent an acknowledgment will be sent to the Email address shown on this Mailing Request Form.
